The Canton Fair

The Canton Fair, also known as China Import and Export Fair, is held in Guangzhou twice a year, in spring and autumn. It is one of the largest and most comprehensive trade fairs in the world, and has been a significant platform for promoting international trade since 1957. Thousands of exhibitors from all over China showcase their products in more than 20,000 booths, covering a wide range of industries including electronics, textiles, furniture, machinery, and food. Hundreds of thousands of buyers from all over the world gather at the fair to source new products and establish business relationships.

The Canton Fair includes three phases, each lasting five days, with different product categories featured in each phase. In addition to the product exhibitions, the fair also includes seminars, forums, and business matching sessions to foster communication and cooperation between buyers and suppliers. The fair is known for its robust international presence, with exhibitors and attendees coming from over 200 countries and regions.
